From Burnout to Breakthrough:
Why I Built VoxSoma
The breaking point
VoxSoma wasn't planned in a boardroom. It was born on a night when my mind simply refused to stop.
I was running multiple Amazon brands in the US market, building complex automation systems, and living in a permanent state of high-voltage mode. Five hours of sleep, thousands of operations per day, and a never-ending stream of mental noise. After years at that pace, I realized my biological system could no longer keep up with my ambitions. I'd hit the wall where willpower alone wasn't enough. What I needed wasn't rest — it was a complete cognitive reboot.
The engineering approach
I stopped looking for answers in generic meditation apps and popular wellness products. As an engineer, I started treating my brain like an operating system that needed optimization.
Instead of using off-the-shelf solutions, I built specialized algorithmic tools whose sole purpose was to filter through thousands of scientific publications on Targeted Memory Reactivation (TMR) and brainwave synchronization — and translate those findings into mathematically precise audio frequencies.
What emerged was a multi-layered acoustic architecture where every second is calculated: precision stimulation frequencies that mechanically guide the brain into deep Theta states, a carefully calibrated 10% amplitude level that delivers affirmations during natural sleep phases when the mind is most receptive to positive reinforcement, and a circadian-continuous 8-hour structure aligned to natural sleep cycles — ensuring optimal delivery during receptive windows.
The results I didn't expect
I started using the system expecting calm. What I noticed over time was better focus during the day.
After a few months, I found a significant accounting error I'd been overlooking — tens of thousands in VAT overpayments. I can't say the audio caused that directly, but I believe the consistent nightly routine and better rest contributed to the mental clarity I'd been missing. Your experience may be entirely different from mine.
I found that a good sleep routine improved my overall approach to decision-making. That's a personal observation, not a guaranteed outcome.
I built VoxSoma to share what worked for me — and I hope it supports your journey too.
Today, VoxSoma is a carefully designed audio experience that I built, tested, and used on myself. It creates a structured nightly listening environment using binaural beats, your own voice, and customizable nature backgrounds. I built it because it helped me establish a consistent sleep routine — and I wanted to share that approach with others.
